Jim Blair

Jim Blair

President

Bio

Jim is passionate about three things: God, his family, and water. He enjoys working with mission organizations around the world to bring drinking water to needy people. As a deacon in his church, Jim is involved in many ministry projects serving the local community. Jim and his family enjoy fishing, swimming, and hiking together. At work, Jim likes to take on new challenges. He will find a way to fix a well that is not functioning or get a pump out that other companies can’t. When someone says it can’t be done, Jim takes that as a challenge.

Senior Project Manager

Bio

Greg is a true renaissance man. Like Jim, he knows the water well business forwards and backwards and is somewhat of a savant at remembering the details of every well he has drilled or worked on. He is also involved in a popular Czech polka band called The Czechaholics (www.czechaholics.com). (Click here for a video of Greg playing with his band). This keeps him busy most weekends playing dance halls, church picnics, and family reunions across the state. When not providing people water or playing with the band, Greg and his family enjoy fishing, swimming, and biking together. At work, Greg can design you a water well system to match your needs no matter how small or large or find a way to fix a well system that seems beyond hope.

Excellent service and expertise! My assigned technician Ethan worked with his team to figure out a complex problem with my pump. He delivered a great solution for my specific problem. I've been a customer for 10 years. I highly recommend Bee Cave Drilling!"

- Charly Simmons

The booster pump went out this morning at 8 am. Called Bee Cave Drilling and they had a crew out here by 10 am. Ethan and his assistant had me up and running with a new booster pump in 2 hours. Professional, knowledgable, and just great guys. Will only use these folks going forward."

- Walter Lynn

Shawn and Kevin worked all day in the heat and then stayed until 9pm to get our well pump replaced and our water back on. Not many businesses or contractors putting those kind of hours in to get the job done! I'm very happy with these guys. Will use again!"
