Jim Blair
President
Bio
Jim is passionate about three things: God, his family, and water. He enjoys working with mission organizations around the world to bring drinking water to needy people. As a deacon in his church, Jim is involved in many ministry projects serving the local community. Jim and his family enjoy fishing, swimming, and hiking together. At work, Jim likes to take on new challenges. He will find a way to fix a well that is not functioning or get a pump out that other companies can’t. When someone says it can’t be done, Jim takes that as a challenge.
Jim Blair (Lic. 54416 CKMPW) is licensed by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation as a Water Well Driller with designations in water wells, monitoring wells, and closed loop geothermal wells, and as a Pump Installer with designations in single phase and three phase pumps. Greg Svetlik
Senior Project Manager
Bio
Greg is a true renaissance man. Like Jim, he knows the water well business forwards and backwards and is somewhat of a savant at remembering the details of every well he has drilled or worked on. He is also involved in a popular Czech polka band called The Czechaholics (www.czechaholics.com). (Click here for a video of Greg playing with his band). This keeps him busy most weekends playing dance halls, church picnics, and family reunions across the state. When not providing people water or playing with the band, Greg and his family enjoy fishing, swimming, and biking together. At work, Greg can design you a water well system to match your needs no matter how small or large or find a way to fix a well system that seems beyond hope.
Greg Svetlik (Lic. 56008 CKPW) is licensed by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation as a Water Well Driller with designations in water wells and closed loop geothermal wells, and as a Pump Installer with designations in single phase and three phase pumps.
